What is it?
As the 6-month automatic moratorium period ends in 30 September 2020, KFH Malaysia, in accordance with Islamic Shariah principle, believes that customers’ welfare shall be a priority especially during hardships. We have established the KFH Malaysia Repayment Assistance Program to extend assistance to help customers through their recovery journey.
Who is eligible for this program?
Assistance shall be granted to those who are impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic as below:
a. No income due to loss of employment in 2020; or
b. Experiencing salary pay cut in 2020

When will this program take effect?
The KFH Malaysia Repayment Assistance Program will take effect starting 7 August 2020.
